Physical education has existed since ancient times, but it wasn’t until several hundred years ago that the term itself  (abbreviated as phys ed or PE) came into being. Its earliest known use comes, oddly enough. Also it is a instruction in the development and care of the body ranging from simple calisthenic exercises to a course of study providing training in hygiene, gymnastics, and the performance and management of athletic games.

ICT is increasing in importance in people’s lives and it is expected that this trend will continue, to the extent that ICT literacy will become a functional requirement for people’s work, social, and personal lives. ICT includes the range of hardware and software devices and programmes such as personal computers, assistive technology, scanners, digital cameras, multimedia programmes, image editing software, database and spreadsheet programmes. It also includes the communications equipment through which people seek and access information including the Internet, email and video conferencing.The use of ICT in appropriate contexts in education can add value in teaching and learning, by enhancing the effectiveness of learning, or by adding a dimension to learning that was not previously available. ICT may also be a significant motivational factor in students’ learning, and can support students’ engagement with collaborative learning.

In ICT subject I learn about the application in the computer and how to use and make it. I learn how to make a blogger, gmail, twitter, etc… and also I learn about the online research, steps in creating a blog, online platforms, etc… ICT helps me to know the important things in computer. Our teacher in this subject is very kind a joker, when he enter our classroom our mouth has a big smile, he taught us a proper using in the application of computer, etc. He is very good teacher for me, that’s why we are very thankful that we have a teacher like him.

Probability and statistics are viewed as necessary for all students no matter their ambitions. However, there are barriers to the effective teaching of both stochastics and problem solving getting stochastics into the mainstream of the mathematical science school curriculum; enhancing teachers' background and conceptions of probability and statistics; confronting students' and teachers' beliefs about probability and statistics. The conclusion emerging from this research is that probability concepts can and should be introduced into the school at an early age.

In statistics and probability subject I am very thankful because I learned in every lesson in this subject. In statistics and probability ive a learned a lot of things most especially in learning a formula that will serve as our basis to solve the equation properly.          It is the ability to monitor one's own reading often distinguishes effective and struggling readers. Thus, guided-reading activities should provide students with the opportunity to reflect on the reading process itself — recording in a log how our background knowledge and experience influenced our understanding of text, identifying where we may have gotten lost during reading and why, and asking any questions they have about the text. As with prereading, guided-reading activities not only enhance comprehension but also promote vocabulary knowledge and study skills.

We will imagine ourselves being present in that piece of work like a writer imagines him or herself being present in every event of the story he or she is writing. Finally, we will always start and finish our assignments before the due date and critically view and answer the question being dealt with. Writing this reflection has helped me to write effective and productive essays. I will take it as my top priority to improve my essay writing. I've learned a lot about ICT because it deals w/ the use of different communication and aside from that Philippines also known as ICT Hub of Asia. BPO means business processing out sourcing and according to the time magazines the selfiest cities around the world 2013 places two cities from the Philippines in the top10 spots.                 As part of what our teacher taught us, ICT or Information and Communication Technologies are any form of technology or communication devices that transmits mass communication just like radios, television and also cellular phones. ICT are also technologies which processes and gives information to its readers or listeners. Example for ICT in the Philippines are TV Channels such as ABS-CBN which is the one I frequently watch during my leisure. As I was taking my pre-test, I was not really familiar of the questions being asked by then. Though there were some words that are vaguely familiar, still it doesn’t help me on answering all the questions. Although there are some questions which are easy to answer. But when I was taking my post-test, I already knew what to answer because all of it was discussed by our teacher in ICT. Web 2.0 are the networks we use as of current times which describes the World Wide Web.

This web emphasizes user-generated content which means that each and everyone us have the capacity to interact and collaborate with each other. Some examples of this are twitter and facebook. One feature of web 2.0 is the rich experience which means that web 2.0 provides rich experience to the user just like google providing map and google suggest. One of the trends in ICT are the mobile learning which gives us knowledge and information about the current technology and the personalized learning which, nowadays, most learners do. They use the web to learn through researching insights which helps the process of studying even more convenient and may also provide a more learning environment. One of its trends are also gaming which is very common among the young ones because it provides social interaction. As we can currently see in the web, web 3.0 is about the hyperlink in almost all the websites that can be seen in the internet. This hyperlink helps us connect one information to another which made our researches more convenient to find and easier to process.

                In LAS #1, we have a pre-test we done and answer nos. 1-10 and it should be the topic is all about the Web Pages or a website. But and the next day we do part 2 of LAS #2 but before we study first for a minute so that we can answer the question given by our expert teacher. In LAS #2 it is entitled Information and Communication Technologies and ICT in the Philippines. I learned that ICT deals with the use of different communication technologies such as mobile phones, telephone, internet, etc. to locate, send and edit information. Also ICT in the Philippines is several International Companies club the Philippines as the “ICT Hub of Asia”.

Also even if the past and present we need information and communication technologies to seek some information in the whole world. I also include that many of us using mobile phones and etc. to look for news and information. ICT industry shares 19.3% of the total employment population here in the Philippines. For example for that is in business such as call center they use telephone and internet to give an information. In LAS #3 talks about Informational and Communication Technologies in the community and that is ICT, Me and My Community. This involves you, the social media and your community.

Research in Daily Life. Making Research will help us to understand things in our life. Research will let us discover so many things and allow us to learn. Through research we can help others too. Research is an enjoy process of learning things.
